- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. kc44 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify kc44 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Account Currency: All kc44 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kc44 does not operate multi-currency accounts.
kc44 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfers. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will be automatically rejected by the payment processing system.
- Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Member's kc44 account instantly or within a maximum of 15 minutes, subject to the payment provider's network availability. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to credit.
- Withdrawal Eligibility: To submit a withdrawal request, a Member must have completed KYC verification, must not have any outstanding bonus wagering requirements, and must withdraw to a payment method registered in their own name. kc44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Withdrawal Processing Time: kc44 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.
- No Deposit Fees: kc44 does not charge processing fees on deposits. kc44 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. In exceptional circumstances involving expedited processing or specific payment networks, a fee may apply; such fees will be communicated to the Member prior to confirmation.
- Fraud Prevention: kc44 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any transaction that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or in breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, kc44 may be required to report the transaction to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Member.
kc44 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise in writing:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion. The wagering requirement must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. kc44 will clearly communicate the applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion.
- Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of stakes. - Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within the specified activation window, and wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the specified completion period, will be forfeited automatically. Forfeited bonuses are not reinstatable.

- kc44's Discretion: kc44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are in the process of being wagered.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kc44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in legal action being taken by kc44 or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering or operating more than one kc44 account, whether under your own name or any other name or identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or address information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
- Engaging in money laundering, transaction structuring, or any other financial activity that violates applicable Bangladeshi law or international anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the kc44 Platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing kc44 support staff or other Members through any communication channel.
- Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your account, whether or not for financial gain.
- Exploiting any software bug, error, or loophole in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed exploit are void and will be deducted from the Member's account balance.
All content on the kc44 Platform, including but not limited to the kc44 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to kc44. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use any kc44 intellectual property for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the kc44 Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of kc44. The updated Terms will take effect 7 days after publication on the Platform, or immediately if the change is required by law or to address an urgent security matter.
Your continued use of the kc44 Platform following publication of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting kc44 support. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in the normal manner, subject to these Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming platforms in the jurisdiction in which kc44 operates. kc44 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside of its intended market.
